Session 1: The Big Picture
INNOVATION: This session provides a brief, non-technical overview of what AI is and how it works, updates executives on national AI trends, and gets hands on with your GenAI tool of choice to show execs how it can make their day-to-day work easier.
Session 2: Guiding AI Momentum
GOVERNANCE: Modern public sector executives experience external and internal pressure to “keep up” and adopt AI. This session gives executives perspective on how to channel this pressure into momentum toward the organizational vision while prioritizing AI governance.
Session 3: Leading in the AI Era
CULTURE: Leading looks different in the “AI era”. In this session, we equip executives to ensure their leadership and staff are capable and connected as we go into the future.
